The road to Guanella Pass from Grant is snow packed for about the last 1.5 miles. The snow starts just after the nice newer pavement ends. It would be best to have 4WD with good tires. On the way down around 8:30 am it was snowing down lower but there wasn't any depth on the road yet. It will depend how this weather shapes up if it melts or accumulates.
