Red gully was the driest I've seen it. More cairns on the approach then there used to be but we still managed to get off route a few times. I felt like getting over each cliff band between the sections of willows was pretty scrambly. I am sad to report that the mosquitos are now very much present. |

9/2/2023 Route: From saddle with Crestone Peak Posted On: 9/3/2023, By: HikesInGeologicTime Info: Super easy add-on - essentially a walk-up that takes 15 minutes reminiscent of North Eolus, and at only 1 foot of elevation difference from Peak, worth the minimal effort to avoid any future trips up Red Gully should LiDAR2 ever come out with any more big shake-ups. |
