Caroline and Family, Please accept my heartfelt sorrow at the loss of David (TM). Caroline, your tribute is beautiful. The tremendous outpouring is truly indicative of David’s character and his effect on those around him. I had the pleasure of working with David at MMS but wasn’t fully aware (or appreciative) of his zanier side until he showed up at the office last Halloween wearing his purple pimp suit. He is sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Cindy
