PT 13,580 C is an unranked 13er 1 mile south of Harvard. It looks like it would have an interesting summit and view. A descent down to Bear Lake and back to the main trail looks questionable. Has anyone ventured over to PT 13,580?

I climbed this several years ago. For the ascent, I hiked to Bear Lake, and then went up to the
south ridge. The ridge was easy scrambling to the summit. For the descent I went down the
northeast ridge a ways and then dropped down to hit the Harvard trail about 1/4 mile above the
Bear Lake trail junction. I had hoped to add in Harvard that day also, but the weather wasn't good.
I don't remember whether staying on the ridge all the way to Harvard looked possible or not.

I climbed this and Harvard three weeks ago and the ridge line from PT 13,580 to Harvard is an easy class 2 walk. I just took the std Harvard route to the saddle and then hooked a left. Pretty easy to spot from the std route.
