OR Gloves with Bottle-Opener!?

Postby Gareth » Tue Oct 30, 2012 6:11 am

At first when I saw these, I thought they must be a joke.

Wouldn't they: A) be uncomfortable on your finger when you are holding onto something for extended periods of time? Or B) the metal ring would start to chew up your ski pole grip?

Maybe they are intended strictly for snowboarders. In that case, maybe they should have a built in lighter? :P

At $70 for a pair of work gloves they have to offer something more than just a brand name.
The mountains - whose summits reach or exceed arbitrary thresholds for elevation and prominence - are calling and I must go.

Looks uncomfortable, and cans are better than bottles any day.

Who needs it?

Anyone that can't figure out how to open a beer by improvising using something within three feet of where they are standing doesn't deserve said beer anyway.
