??? Anyway, joining the throng of responders who are not ladies, I can at least speak for my wife and her very positive experience with the First Ascent Peak XV Down Parka. "Instant July" she called it on Denali last year. I personally swear by the 8000-meter parka, but this doesn't come in women's sizes, I believe. I tried to talk my wife into a men's small 8000M, but even the small was too big for her. She is rather petite though (5-4, 115 lbs). The First Ascent Peak XV Down Parka worked perfectly for her, in the usual extreme conditions on Denali. I don't see anywhere in this thread of what you want it for, however. She also owns a sub-zero, but that's nowhere nearly warm enough for Denali, IMHO. She even uses her Peak XV for CO winter outings. Her sub-zero is her go-to jacket for fall-spring around-the-campfire car camping use.
