Along the lines in this original post-there used to be a way to see our personal peak lists of completed and uncompleted on a map. Has this been removed, I can’t find it anymore? Thanks

Click the Forum link, and select "User Peak Checklists: Update your 14er Checklist"... at this screen, upper right corner, click "view my list as it's seem by others" link and then at this next screen, upper right side again, click on "14ers on a quick map"... this is your custom map of complete/incomplete.

Same with the Google Map link option.

Boy, am I relieved! I thought we were starting to count peaks in which we found ticks on us.

Second only to getting "likes" on your trip reports.

Whatever, dude. Love how some people can have such far reaching conclusions from questions by people they never met.

@jomagam, I agree. While it's nice to see a "like" on a trip report, it's really no big deal if none are there. As for the peak checklist, I think it's great because it is a colorful reminder to myself of what I've accomplished, every time I sign into 14ers.com. But this isn't the high school cafeteria. None of us should be influenced at all by whether or not we are "noticed" by others in this forum.

I've got my fingers ready to like/comment the next MountainFever trip report.

Oooh the anticipation. Gotta keep my eyes peeled as that Elbert TR was deleted after 1-2 days.

Too bad there are no checklists on here for real mountains. My external validation meter is low. I have missed too many happy hours.

Man I like your thinking, even if I don't like wiener dogs! The experience is all in the bling...

I'm developing a list of new bling icons right now. One that we can vote on before making an actual suggestion. But I do like the tick one.

One suggestion I have is that numbers related to "ticks" or "snowflakes" be eliminated entirely in favor of multiple ticks or snowflakes. How cool would that be? Like the side of a world war two bomber, we could have ROW upon ROW of bling! Your bling (if your were studly) could fill an entire page with festive icons.

The possibilities are boundless.

She left the island entirely... took her trip reports with her.

Is that why all my red triangles are too the far right of the map, and the blue triangles to the far left? \:D/
