Anybody have any information for me about connecting these two peaks and traversing everything in between?

I can't speak for Napoleon to Point 12,955 however 12,955 to Cuatro isn't bad at all. There is some minor scrambling between 12,955 and Trinchera Peak. Based on the topos I would put a good bet that Napoleon to 12,955 is fairly easy.

Thanks. Looks like fun. You started and finished at blue lake campground each time. Know of any other way to start at Napoleon?
