Sounds good. Will keep watching the weather. If the Crags route falls through I am heading to the bottomless pit past bar camp on sunday or monday. I want to check out the Y coulier route on the North Face also.

FYI, Y Couloir is best done in April once the snow has a chance to settle. Looks like weather will be good Friday and Waller19 is free that day. Anyone else?

I can go on Monday (2/21) as well.

Looks like steady 20 mph winds tomorrow on the Peak. Monday looks better.

I just found out I have Monday off (never know as a contractor type).

I'll show.

This sounds like fun. I was just up there last Thursday, so may not tag along this time. Hoping to get the TR up today if possible. I know conditions have changed, but hopefully it's of some utility.

OK. Monday it is. I recommend meeting at the Colorado Springs Safeway at 31st Street and Colorado Ave at 7:30 a.m. sharp. We can carpool from there. It is about 45 minutes to the TH.

This hike is
Elevation gain: 4,300 feet
RT Length: 13.25 miles

And almost all of the miles are above 12,000 feet. So please, if you have health issues, fitness concerns, altitude concerns, or are afraid you will not be able to hike at a steady pace the whole time, do not come on this trip. That being said, I also think it will be fun and beautiful.

Waiting on a TR from dancesatmoonrise, but we will likely need snowshoes for the first few miles.

I've never put together a 14ers.com trip before, any other standard advice I'm forgetting?

I believe I will be in attendance for this as well.

I should be able to attend as well. Is 730am an early enough meeting time in the Springs? I am a bit of an early bird though. :D
