Barr Trail unicyclist

Postby Brad » Sat Apr 21, 2007 5:12 pm

My wife and I headed out this morning at 7:10 AM to hike as much of Barr Trail as we wanted to. About a mile into it a guy riding a unicycle comes riding past us on his way down; talk about core strength!

The last time I climbed Pikes via the Crags route I saw a unicyclist cruising down the road past the turnoff to the Bottomless Pit. It was really quite surreal. To each his own, right...

I work with a guy that rides trails on a unicycle. He just got back from riding in Utah. The pictures are amazing. God bless em all. =D>

We saw the unicyclist early in the day. Then coming back down we saw him in the afternoon, only this time his 6 year old daughter was right behind him coming down on her small unicycle!!! She was really good.
