A friend of mine passed this along, pretty funny stuff. Had not seen it here, so figured I would share.
"Two ambitious climbers confront dangerous rock, unpredictable weather, and their deepest fears as they chase the summit of their dreams: the Second Flatiron in Boulder, Colorado."

Re: Tower in the Clouds
That was great satire - love it.
I am unable to walk away from the mountain without climbing it. An unclimbed mountain tugs at my consciousness with the eternal weight of time itself. Until I've pressed my face into it's alpine winds, hugged it's ancient granite walls, and put it's weathered summit beneath my heal I'm unable to resist it's attraction.Knowing nature gives the mountain more time than she gives us adds urgency to the obsession. As has been said before; the mountain doesn't care.
It can wait forever. I cannot.

Man this is too funny.

Re: Tower in the Clouds
I wish I can climb as well as these guys. Maybe stopping by the Einstein bagels was their key to success? But I think the hiker who made a brief appearance at 1:30 actually got the FA because these guys bailed in the blizzard. 5.13+ R M8 WI6 grade IV, that's really rad. I know of an unclimbed extension that will add a possible V4+ sit-start to the route. Anyone want to spot me for the FA?
