That's hilarious! I hiked Princeton about a month ago, and was glad to get a ways up the 4x4 trial in my Wrangler. Can't believe an Astro van and an Altima made it that far!

While I am not commenting on the intellect of the drivers, the Astro Minivan can be a 4x4 vehicle. My fiancee's father drove a blue one around Breck for years and loved it. The clearance might of been problematic on the road up Princeton, though...

In the picture of the minivan, is the guys holding the thumbs-up or the person throwing the devil's horns funnier? D@mnit, it just can't decide!!!!!

I had a '93 Cavalier once that wanted so badly to be a 4WD. That could be a great thread: "The little 2WD that could (or couldn't)". Where have you taken your 2WD that probably wasn't the best idea ever? Hahaha.
