Dallas -T0 basin west of blue lakes

Post by Marmot72 »

Wondering if any who climbed Sneffels got a view of the snow coverage in this high basin west of blue lakes, and on S4, S3, T0.
I have phenomenal route-finding abilities. Specifically, I have an uncanny knack for selecting the path of most resistance.

Would either of you happen to have any info on snow conditions in YBB as of this week? It's been hot, and I'm now in Telluride looking to get a good shot at Sneffels. I've got my crampons and ice axe with me, just wondering what to expect.

I've been in the Collegiate/BV area for the past month and snow has been melting like crazy - is that the case over here, too?

Thanks!
John
