Watched some footage of this guy shredding at Keystone last season. He was an amazing boarder, and this is sad news.

I met Collin a handful of times through the Fehrle's and backyardsnowboardpark.com. :( He was a wizard when he was strapped in. A great person and a passionate snowboarder. Always smiling, always stoked. I cant say I was close to him but after this happened, I realized a lot of my closest friends were also very close friends with him. They were all a wreck yesterday. Sad times indeed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, everybody in the BYSP family and in the shred community. RIDE IN PARADISE COLLIN!!

I didn't know Colin, but he was a friend of a very close friend of mine... he found out about the accident as he was reading the news from his phone at my house a few days ago. It's a small world, and I hate to hear of another life lost in the pursuit of outdoor bliss.
