A common go to for me is Ten Fidy. And its nice that it's in a can so I can take it on hikes: http://craftbeersummits.tumblr.com/tagged/ten-fidy :)

So many local breweries doing good things too: Dry Dock, Crooked Stave, Great Divide, River North. I want a beer now.

I don't have any new favorite beers, but I do have a new favorite beer video.
Check it out right here: http://www.sierrabeercamp.com/#/view-entries/271
Longtime 14ers member, trip report writer extraordinaire, and all around good guy Aubrey has produced a video in hopes of winning a trip to Sierra Nevada Beer Camp.
I laughed out loud at a few things (Super Hop Me! ) and gave it a vote.
Maybe you all will, too?
Bigfoot was one of the first beers I ever liked, as well.

Ten Fidy is a great stout. Looks like you also like Gubna - great imperial IPA as well.

@Matt - Wow. It always amazes me when people can enjoy such a big beer like Bigfoot right off the bat. It is an AMAZING beer though, have lots of them in my cellar.

@lackerstef - Oh yeah, Gubna is great. I've just been a bit burnt out on overly hoppy stuff lately. Ready for fall/winter warmers :)

Beer of the night is Wild Wild Brett Indigo from Crooked Stave. One of the best WWB in my opinion.

Definitely. I've thought that most of the WWB were interesting, but the Indigo is the first that I thought was truly delicious.

Right? The sour and funk was well balanced, and the berries shone through a bunch.

For those that like German beers, there's a great new brewery in Denver Highlands area:

I don't typically like wheat beers, but I really like their wheat beer.. been snagging growlers of it. They're also tapping an Octoberfest beer on Friday that promises to be excellent!

Yeah - Bill, one of the owners and the head brewer, he came from Dry Dock. He made their Hefe which won tons of medals at World Beer Cup and GABF. Dude knows his German brews, and their Weiss is out of this world. Their Dunkel is great too, and that is a hard style to find around here locally.

Just had hibernation ale on tap by great divide and it's a party in my mouth, not as good as the yeti though.
I've only had the oak aged, has anyone had the espresso or chocolate aged yeti?
