Breathing new life into old pack?

Postby chorlton » Mon Nov 05, 2007 1:40 pm

I have an old (late 80's, still going strong) 65liter pack which I want to keep using (it was one of the first internal frame adjustable packs and its just about bulletproof). Anyway, long story short, is it possible to remove peeling waterproofing on the inside and re-rpoof the whole pack? I'm sure I could send it away but I'd probably be better off buying a new one in terms of cost. Has anyone attempted this?
