Anyone familiar with LeoAdventures?

So there's this website:
It costs $19.99 for first year and $10/year afterwards... basically they have gotten a bunch of different companies to provide deep discounts on gear, which you buy through LeoAdventures, the intermediary. It's only available if you're involved in public service at the local, state, or federal level. They don't say anything about prices, though; you have to be a member to see how good the discounts actually are. Is anyone a member or know someone that uses this service? It's impossible to tell if the price of admission is worthwhile.
