More importantly, when are we going to read about the first 14er fatality CAUSED by a dog because an irresponsible owner took their dog on a route they had no business being on.

After reading some of these dog stories the past few months, I am starting to wonder if owning a dog makes you dumber. Do they carry highly communicable diseases that impair human judgment?
