Thanks Dave. I put the color version of it in the conditions report but I kind of like the black and white version better.

Whoa, cool picture, Ryan. Almost looks like Everest!
I thought the same thing. Nice picture!
Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.

I was going to say it reminded me of images of K2 (Karakorams) from some of those videos circulating out there.

Good day.
Wow, Pilgrim! That's a killer shot! Love the B/W.
Would you mind if I used that on my Pyramid Peak page over on SP? Credit of course will be noted.
Sweet capture.
Looking for something different to photograph one morning in Arches National Park instead of the usual North Window Arch or Park Avenue scene I opted for a pre-sunrise hike up to the famous Delicate Arch. A typical scene of Delicate Arch will be captured at sunset as it is bathed in warm sunset light. But crazy me thought what type of shot could I get in the early hours of the AM, so this is one of my 'takes' from that morning. Taken with a Medium Format Camera, Pentax 6x7, captured on Fuji Velvia 100 slide film.
yorksman that is a fantastic photograph. That Arch and I go way back. 2ND EDIT: Now I have discovered your website...... will contact you there re: possible print purchase
