Re: Wildlife
We came across this female bear and her cub (not visible) on a mountain bike ride from Indian Creek to Elk Valley

Re: Wildlife
I was a bit uneasy when this coyote met me on the ridge to Mt Washburn in Yellowstone but figured he had just eaten because he was licking his chops.

Wow, great shot! Love the spontaneity and how close you were. That is a good sized coyote!

Beautiful! Very cool shot.
I've got a couple of moms and their spotted kids that have been hanging around the yard this summer. It's been a good summer for these little guys!

Just got back from the CMC In State Outing near Westcliffe. Saw this guy on the way up to Venable Peak:
And on Rito Alto, we encountered this fellow:I have more age than experience, more experience than knowledge, and more knowledge than wisdom.

Re: Wildlife
On the trail right before it turns to class two on Yale I encountered this guy. At first he was just staring at me for several minutes, I thought he was going to charge me. But instead he just turns around and clearly, clearly he is... mooning me!
