The photos on page 1 are of the 4 wheel road above treeline..... which is a relatively smooth road with hair pin turns. The first 3 miles up Baldwin Creek Road are moderate 4 wheel drive. If you are a good negotiator , you can probably get to the creek crossing with a subaru.

the photo on page one that i posted (have to use link) is of the road before the first stream crossing
