It is with a heavy heart we await news.

James has become the object of prayers of many here, whom none of us were fortunate enough to have known him.

Once again, my thoughts and prayers are with you, James, and your family.

I cannot imagine the grief of losing a son. I have two of my own and they are everything to me! Please know that there are a lot of people sharing in your sorrow with this news, Cathy, and our hearts are breaking too. I hope we can all go out into the world a little kinder this morning, knowing that the lives we touch may be those of a mother, a sister, or a friend of a loved one whose life on this earth was all too brief. I'll keep James in my thoughts out there today.

My sincere condolences to you and your family! Losing a loved one to a premature death is difficult and painful in it's own right; not knowing the circumstances would extend that pain so much more! Am so glad you finally know where James was and more about the circumstances of his death.

If I had to choose my place to die, Holy Cross Wilderness could easily be it. It is truly a "holy" place! RIP James!
