did i read the rescue chopper CRASHED? please tell me i'm mistaken.

Yeah. Thankfully, they were all okay. I don't understand how a heli crashes and everyone is okay, but im NOT complaining..

Btw, the heli apparantly spotted Kevin before going down.

I'm thinking positive for your buddy and SAR team. My body is just fully of goose bumps and it is a very big surprise to my mind set. Hope all will be safe for here and out. This is just crazy!!!!!!!!!

I'm related to one of the SAR team members that was on the helicopter when it crashed. It went down due to a blade strike at roughly 6:05PM, last I've heard is they're trying their hardest to get Kevin down. Everyone in the helicopter was safe, no injuries.

Our thoughts are with Kevin and his family.
