Anyone have any good recommendations on a good winter 14er ascent/descent? I've skied the bowls of Quandary and Sherman. I'm looking for something that offers some good bowl skiing or a fun ridge. I'd love to ski couloirs but I know that won't be safe until spring.
Thanks

Re: 14er winter skiing
As far as relatively avy-safe routes, there's also Elbert's east ridge and the east slopes of Lincoln and Bross. s**t tends to get pretty wind-affected above treeline, so you'd have to get on them after a storm, which is also when avalanche danger is the highest.
"And this might get me in trouble, but ski mountaineering. I don't know why. You all seem like great people, and I'm sure it's just envy on my part. But there's just something annoying about planning a climb, getting in shape, and all the buildup that goes into dragging myself up a couloir to finally reach the top, and then getting on here and seeing somebody basically say, "Now watch me ski this with nary a mention of how I even got up here." You all make me sick "
