Any ski-able 14ers?

Info, conditions and gear related to skiing or riding Colorado Peaks, including the 14ers!

Any ski-able 14ers?

Im dying to get out and skin/ski a peak. anyone know of a 14er with good conditions right now?

No. Maybe something in the San Juans will have coverage but the avy danger is considerable-to-high.

not sure about 14ers, but there are plenty of high peaks that are ski-able right now in the elks. The backcountry got 12+ inches from this last storm and i've seen tracks on a few of the peaks. I'd be super suspect right now though with all the recent snow, it'll be sitting on rotten facets and/or crust/or wind slab...the snowpack is crap right now.

I'm thinking the Landry line is probably in after the recent snow, so have at it!!
