PDF route request

Postby groomden » Wed Jul 25, 2012 11:57 am

Hi,

If possible, could you post a PDF trail guide for this route?

edit: requested wrong route on the first go, I actually am requesting a PDF of the Hale Ridge route...

I used a bunch of your PDF files last summer and would love to be able to do the same thing this summer.

Thanks!

Dennis

Does this link (from the route list) not work for you, or are you looking for something else?

In your OP it is asking for a PDF of the North Ridge route. My suggestion would be to make a copy of the route description from Roach's book.

If it's just a printed copy you need, it's not necessary to download a PDF. Click on the print icon next to where the PDF icon would be (and is for the other route), and then CTRL/P. The photos actually print larger this way than if you convert to PDF.

the print icon does not print a copy with the topo maps, area information, or the nice pagination he provides with his PDF packages. plus, it is really easy to get a color pdf printed at OfficeMax without having to do a ton of work myself.

Ah, I see. Wouldn't be too difficult to add those things (you can save the topo as a JPEG, and paste that and the rest into a word document). I've done this on a few routes that didn't offer PDF's (my understanding is that the "routes added by others" generally don't have a PDF)

Then you should send Bill an email or PM. Posts to the forum go out to everyone, not necessarily to the administrator.
