Congratulations, Jim! You're damn strong. It's been am honor to hike with you a few times.

I was most excited to hear the news. Congratulations Jim on the achievement. It has been a true honor and pleasure to share some hard-earned summits with you this winter. I am proud to know you. Great work on Snowmass! I wish it had worked better logistically for me to join you on it.
They say, "mountaineering is the art of suffering". I don't think so. If you are suffering, you haven't prepared well enough. I think that mountaineering is the art of managing risk and fear.

Solid work, Jim! You really made a great run at it the last few years. You had a lot of hard time in the pain cave!

Congrats! =D> Huge accomplishment. I met you briefly on my only winter ascent so far (La Plata in January of 2011). You have come a long way since then. Great job!

A nice guy wrote this in one of my trip reports last year when I'd mentioned sane people don't climb mountains in winter: "As long as you can admit you have a problem, it's all good. Congratulations on a successful summit and pushing yourself harder than you think you can handle." And what a fantastic peak to finish on even though there were no summit views. You chose the ski out road appropriately. Congratulations to finish a proud achievement!
