Mt. Lindsay Liliy Lake TH Access updates

Post by kweeks »

Anyone know the status of the road leading to the Lily Lake Trailhead? Still local traffic only? Or can you get all the way to the TH now?

5 miles past the "Local Traffic Only' signs is still obliterated by the slide. Work on the bypass is in progress with one big machine. The added miles is a serious day of walking - use a mountain bike if you have one.

According to Huerfano County, it's SUPPOSED to be open by Sept. 1

Not sure I'd bank on it, though...
