..that was actually one of my favorite/fastest decent off a 14er. Step slide, step slide! Almost like roller skating down.

On Democrat several years ago, I saw a guy descend what looked like an obvious trail between lincoln and at a shoulder of Bross. He made it look easy.
The next year, doing the Decalibron, I was all set to do the same. I followed fresh footprints in the direction I thought I remembered that guy going. It got steep and scary (for me) and we were "cliffed out". I suppose the guy whose tracks I was following launched and flew home from there. So, after backtracking over the summit and down the other side, we simply boot skiied into the next gulley, across a drainage and down an OK trail. So, people actually can descend between Lincoln and Bross, but I guess I just don't know how!! #-o
It looks like the ridge is just right up there!
