Another good easy one is the Y-couloir on Pikes peak. That was my first snow climb. You can drive you 13,000 ft, do the "hero traverse", and then drop into the Y. Then climb to the top, get a donut, and walk the road back to your car.

Lamb's slide on Longs is not bad either.

The Y on Pikes was my first spring snow climb too, but I approached it from Barr trail, after an overnight stay at Barr camp.
The Hero Traverse into the Y couloir I have not done, but have read about it and heard about it from friends that have. I would not recommend that for a beginner.

Edit/Additional Comment: When it comes to spring snow that has firmed up, one can make up pretty much any kind of snow climb, couloir or face. Do what looks like fun and within your abilities.
