I am looking to climb Francs Peak, the Grand Teton and other peaks in the Beartooth, Absaroka and Teton Ranges this winter.
I have skis, experience and common sense - I just need some partners.
I recently relocated to the Jackson, WY area and I want to ski a lot in the backcountry as well.
I am Avalanche Level I certified.
Let me know if you are interested!

The Tetons are fairly accessible in winter (I've attempted the South Teton in December before), but how close are the roads plowed to the trailhead for places like Francs Peak? I think Francs would be a technically easy ascent in winter, but I wonder how long it is?
I'm slow and fat. Unfortunately, those are my good qualities.
