Photos came from the guy who wrote all the content . The main photo was taken by a friend who manages Bent Gate. Worked out nice cause I let him use it for his work and I used it for my work.

I got unlimited free access to a website that lets me connect with like-minded individuals where we can share our thoughts on the future of our beloved 14ers. Thanks Bill.
We did not think of the great open plains, the beautiful rolling hills, and winding streams... as "wild". Only to the white man was nature a "wilderness".

I got a month long trip to the Himalayas with Kessler. We ended up climbing 11 peaks; 3 of them over 18K and several others in the 16-18K range. We start heading home tomorrow.

Hope everyone else had a good Chrismas too.
I'm slow and fat. Unfortunately, those are my good qualities.

Christmas was so last year.

However, my wife's cousin is storing a bunch of stuff in our basement while he goes off to Europe for 2 months. He left a bass guitar there. I've always wanted to learn bass. Anyone know of a good instructor in Ft Collins or this general area?

My Grandsons Marc and Aaron (13 & 18) visited me here in Denver for their first visit to Colorado from Ohio. Taking them out to experience the mountains for the first time was like experiencing my first time all over again. Showed them where I've climbed in Eldorado Canyon. And then on Sunday I took them to see the Broncos game. \:D/ They think their Grannie Annie is kind of badass. . . Really really great Christmas!!
