So theoretically, is some person bought tickets and then managed to delete said tickets from their email (yep, I am THAT stupid), what would this person do?!

they should have record of your purchase at will-call... take your ID.
You've never really stopped even if you feel like you have.

wildlobo71 is correct. When I called today, Big City Mountaineers said they have a list at "will call", so if you have your ID (and possibly the credit card you purchased the ticket on), you ought to be fine. Enjoy!
