TOPO! GPS File

A TOPO! gps file can be downloaded from 14ers.com and used by National Geographic's TOPO! software. This software is compatible with most GPS units for exchanging route and waypoint information between your computer and GPS unit.

The GPS file contains a line that was plotted using the "tracking" feature of a GPS while hiking the route. Once opened in the TOPO! software, you can customize the data by adding waypoints or other information before uploading it to your GPS.

Notice: The GPS Files were created in TOPO! version 4.0 and may not be compatible with some previous versions.
